In order to strengthen health systems in Nigeria there should be need for orientation of available services.
Improve in referral system ( that is, between the primary, secondary and tertiary levels).
Building consensus amongst the various stakeholders and other sectors which have direct impact on health so as to ensure significant investment in the sector.
With greater transparency in budgeting, prudent management of revenue, and expenditure, more resources would be available for investment in the priority sectors, including health.
