Education: when some certain people especially in rural communities of Nigeria lacks basic knowledge of the importance of health and health living it might certainly lead to health inequality as don't really care or know the importance and essentiality of good health, unlike those in urban areas, that have the access to good health facilities and also the resources to staying healthy.
